Tonalea Chapter is in the process of updating the “Community-Based Land Use Plan” or “CLUP”. “CLUP” means a document adopted by chapter resolution setting forth current and proposed uses of land within chapter boundaries, illustrating such uses by map or plat. Currently, Tonalea Chapter has a book available, which was compiled by a research team called WHPacific, for public information.
